The field is on Mill Lane, Colne Engaine, between Colchester and Halstead, with views over the Colne Valley. It is handy for Halstead, Earls Colne, Coggeshall, Braintree and Sudbury.
The field
A rural field with 4ft fencing, a field shelter and picnic bench, car parking and a dog waste bin with bags. It feels like a walk through real Essex farmland rather than a small paddock, which suits dogs who love to sniff and explore.
The fencing here is 4ft. If your dog is a jumper or a climber, our fields with 6ft fencing at Eight Ash Green and Great Bromley may suit you better.
